We ensure delivery of quality products by inspecting all of our goods before dispatching to the buyer. All Mandala products are individually hand crafted and therefore some imperfections are natural and unavoidable. We treat these human errors as a measure of handmade nature. These imperfections includes misprint/cross printing, minor overlapping of screen, colour patchiness/spot, size/shade variation
Please Note: As all our mandala products are hand screen printed using vegetable dye, some colour fade is obvious and acceptable.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 7 business days after full payment is received.
Made to Order items may take up to 7 business days to ship. These are clearly marked on the product page.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, you may receive a missed delivery card with pickup instructions. In some cases, parcels may be left in a safe location at your address.

If you've changed your mind, you're still eligible to return the item, provided it's unused and in its original condition with all packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the buyer's responsibility.
