📝 Return Eligibility

You can return your product within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  
• All original tags, buttons, belts, or accessories are intact
  
• It’s not a made-to-order, customized, or hygiene-sensitive item (e.g., innerwear)
  

Change of Mind?
Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns, but return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Faulty or Damaged Items?
We’re happy to offer a free replacement, exchange, or store credit if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

• The reason for return
  
• Clear photos (if the item is faulty/damaged)
  

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with the return process and shipping address.

💸 Refund & Processing Timeline

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified via email.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.
  
• For faulty items, if a replacement is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit or a refund of equal value.

• Items returned without original packaging or used/worn products may be declined.
