You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your cost if it’s a change of mind. Faulty items are eligible for a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Return Eligibility
All purchases from our website or store are covered under our 14-day return window. This period begins from the delivery date. If delivery cannot be confirmed, it is assumed to be three business days after dispatch.
If you've changed your mind, you're still eligible to return the item, provided it's unused and in its original condition with all packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds & Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.
If the product is faulty, we’ll offer a replacement (if available), an item of equal value, or store credit.
Important Notes
Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Processing or handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
Clearance, personalized, made to order or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returned unless faulty.
